My policy is with a Broker, can I use “MyCOLFIRE”?

If your COLFIRE policy is through a Broker, please contact them directly for assistance.

My policy has lapsed, how can I renew online?

Feel free to Log in to “MyCOLFIRE” and click on the “Policy Center” to view your policies due for renewal. Ensure to have your email address, policy number, driver’s permit number ready.
 

How will I get my documents, especially my certificate?

All policy documents will be available on “MyCOLFIRE” once your payment is successful. Also your policy documents will be emailed to the email address used to create your Account. The Certificate of Insurance issued is a valid policy document which is in the format required by the Insurance Act. Feel free to print your certificate in colour for safe keeping.
 

Can I pay for 60/40 online?
